June 7 & 8, the perfect weather for a day at the beach or lugging kit down Swanage Pier
for a dive. Definitely better than Stoney Cove in February. Above water it was the warmest weekend of the year so far. The wet stuff was about 14 degrees.

Highlights of the weekend included: it not being rough or raining, a wild drift dive (on Saturday) a really relaxed drift dive (on Sunday), the dive slate with no space for the time in (no names), watching drunken hoodies tombstoning from the pier to see if they killed themselves (if you Were Dave F on Saturday), the world's worst-dispensed soft icecream cones (if you were Nicky), Ruth getting half way through someone else's goat's cheese starter before the beef carpaccio she'd ordered arrived, Monkey World (if you were Laura) and the excelent organisation (thanks, Ali).

Early Season Diving

Some of us have already been diving this year.

Stoney in February was a warm 6 degrees!

Hopefully it will be warmer by Saturday 29th March when our next trip is planned.

If you are interested in joining us and haven't already let me know - please get in touch.

Dive Show

Hi All

This is an attempt at posting on the Blog so apologies if it doesn't work!

As Dave has already said, this weekend (8th/9th March) is the Dive Show at Excel. Nick and I will be going on the Saturday if anybody wants to meet up - or give us a shopping list.

Let me know if you are going to be there.
